1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on www ok, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the www ok platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the agreement between you and www ok.

www ok reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use www ok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one active www ok account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, www ok reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on the www ok platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). www ok does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are credited to your www ok wallet in Philippine Peso at the time of receipt.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the www ok cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by www ok at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. www ok reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

www ok does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited from a payment method not registered in your name may be confiscated pending investigation. www ok is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

www ok offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all www ok promotions:

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, account limits, or self-exclusion orders.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, www ok reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the www ok platform — including but not limited to the www ok brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of www ok or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any www ok intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any www ok content without the prior written consent of www ok. Unauthorised use of www ok intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, www ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if www ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

www ok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your www ok account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

www ok does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. www ok will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Responsible Gaming

www ok is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. • Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination for cause, www ok reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any real-money balance held in the account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your www ok account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact www ok support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for www ok to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This requirement does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

www ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, www ok will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
